Delivery
• Packages you purchase are assigned to your account digitally; no physical product is shipped. • Once your package is active, your right to stay and use shared office space at partner facilities begins. • Usage details and reservation information are sent to you by email.
Refunds
• Service packages can be cancelled up to 7 days before the start date. • Refunds are not available for packages already in use or starting in fewer than 7 days. • Once your refund request is approved, the amount is returned to the same payment method within 7 business days. • Refund conditions may differ for special campaigns or discounted packages.
Special Notes
• Package usage rights are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to third parties. • Reservation changes are subject to facility availability.
