1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Settle and Work Teknoloji A.Ş. ('Company') and users of its services ('User'). By using the app/site, you accept these terms.
2. Scope of Service
The Company offers packages combining accommodation and shared workspace services. The Company is the sole counterparty for reservations.
3. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through the Company's contracted payment infrastructure. Invoices for the full amount are issued by the Company.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the stay begins are eligible for a full refund.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable law and good faith.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for disruptions arising from force majeure events.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the courts where the Company's head office is located.
